Tribulus Terrestris

Tribulus Terrestris is a small, leafy annual plant from the caltrop family.  It typically grows in arid climates where few plants survive.  It's native to warm temperate and tropical regions of Africa and Southern Eurasia.

It has been used in Traditional Chinese medicine and Indian Ayurveda medicine for enhancing libido, maintaining healthy urinary tracts, and reducing swelling.  It has also been used to help with cardiovascular health and joint support.

Side effects are minimal, but uncommon side effects include minor stomach cramps and reflux.
