Elderberry Organic Tea

This tea may help with the common cold and flu symptoms along with decreasing the risk of chronic diseases.  Elderberries could also reduce the risk of tumors, boost immunity, lower blood pressure, and lower blood sugar levels.

WARNING:

Never eat or drink raw elderberries as they contain a toxin that can cause nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  

Instructions:

Steep two tablespoons in 8-10 fluid ounces of boiling water for 5-7 minutes.
