Ingredients:

Organic chamomile, organic peppermint, organic sencha leaf green tea decaffeinated, organic skullcap herb, organic wood betony, organic catnip herb and organic stevia leaf

Directions:

Two heaping tablespoons of tea leaves in 8-10 fluid ounces of boiling water.  Steep for 5-7 minutes
